Good packing starts with knowing what is inside the home or office. A cupboard, a computer and a box of kitchen glassware need different preparation. Share an inventory and point out anything fragile, heavy or difficult to dismantle before the packing work is planned.
Some customers pack clothes and books themselves while asking for help with furniture and fragile items. Others need packing support for the whole move. Make that division clear before materials and labour are quoted.
Tell us which cartons are already packed and whether their contents are fragile. Avoid sealing away documents, medicines or everyday essentials you will need during the move.
Share the belongings to be moved and identify fragile items, furniture and appliances needing extra attention.
Discuss materials, dismantling needs, addresses and the quotation before booking the required services.
Prepare and label the items covered by the packing plan so boxes and furniture can be identified at delivery.
Coordinate the agreed loading and transport with access at both properties.
Check belongings on arrival. Unpacking, placement and reassembly are provided according to your agreed scope.
Confirm the services, responsibilities and proposed arrangements in your quotation before booking.
Discuss Your RequirementsList glassware, mirrors, screens, artwork and any item requiring particular attention. Share dimensions where an object is unusually large and ask whether assessment or specialist handling is needed.
Check who will dismantle furniture and prepare appliances. Technical disconnection or installation may need a separate provider; do not leave that responsibility undecided until collection.
Use room names and a simple carton number rather than vague labels such as miscellaneous. Keep a corresponding list and mark boxes that should be opened first. Avoid displaying confidential information on the outside.
At delivery, the labels help identify where items belong. Any unpacking, furniture reassembly or packaging removal should be discussed before it is included in the move.
Confirm how packing fits into the collection schedule and when loading access will be available. Changes to the item list can change the packing work, so share additions early.
See loading and unloading for handling preparation, or unpacking assistance for the destination stage.

Yes, you can discuss a mixed packing arrangement. Identify what you will pack and clarify the handling conditions for those cartons in the agreed scope.
Ask which materials and packing tasks the quotation covers. Packing support varies with the inventory and should be specified before booking.
Describe the item, size and handling concerns first. Assessment and suitable arrangements need to be confirmed; ordinary household packing may not be appropriate.
Unpacking is a separate part of the scope. Agree which items need to be opened and whether placement, reassembly or packaging removal is required.
Share your pickup, destination and preferred date, along with the items or services involved. We will help you work through the next steps and prepare a quotation for your requirements.
